Batter Depositor Machine has three functions: precise pouring, health protection and flexible operation and maintenance. It combines valves and pneumatic devices through pipeline transportation to achieve uniform extrusion of materials from the nozzle to form a perfect cake embryo. Fully sealed piping and flanged interface design ensure that materials are not contaminated while maintaining stable air pressure. The pipes and nozzles of the quick-disconnecting structure are easy to clean and maintain, and the independent valve control meets the different production requirements. The overall design takes into account the production efficiency, product quality and operation convenience.
Batter depositor machine is installed directly at the inlet end of the oven and is responsible for evenly extruding the cake paste and accurately placing it on the steel belt of the oven. The front end of the device is closely connected with the cake paste packaging mechanism, which can easily cope with the paste of different density and viscosity, and is usually used to deal with the cake paste with a density of 0.55~0.65.
